If you notice your place is complete you may contact us about picking up keys. Only 1 member of your group is needed for key pick up. Please bring your ID.
Contact us before you come to the office to arrange a time for key pick-up.
This list will be updated daily throughout the change over process. By marking the unit below as "cleaned" or "painted" we are indicating that our crews have been through the units, however, there may be some minor cleaning and painting touch-ups you will have to accept if moving in early. If you move in early (before the start date on your lease) you are excepting the unit "as is". Repairs will still be done, but we would ask for some consideration on the timeliness of our repairs during this change over time. We can assure you repairs will be done as soon as possible. Carpets will be cleaned regardless if you move-in early, however, no property will be cleaned or painted once you receive your keys.
If you pick up your keys early you will have the opportunity to go to the property and check it out, if you feel some cleaning items have been missed and you want them done you must bring the keys back immediately (same day). We will have crews go back in, however, we cannot guarantee early move in if additional touch up is needed.
All utilities must be placed in the tenants name upon move-in to avoid shut off. Go to Helpful Links for utility contacts.

Not all properties will get polyurethane on the floors. If your house has been painted, cleaned, and the carpets have been cleaned you may call about setting up a time to get the keys.
N/A = current tenants are staying; no change over will be done at the property or that item does not need to be done.
X = the item has been completed.
