Leasing for '26-27 began: Friday, October 3rd
All properties are now available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.
We will be updating the list throughout the leasing season until all properties are taken.
If the Available Housing list says "APPT" in the rent column, that means a lease has been sent out for signatures & payment. Each property will have 24 hours from receipt to complete the signing & make the required payment. If they fail to do so, the property will become available again and the price will be put back in the "Rent" column. Once complete, the property will be removed from the list.
2026-27 Tenants:
If you have requested a lease, it must be signed & the required payment made within 24 hours of receipt. You have received an email with details on the next steps, however, if you have questions please contact us at info@hrirentals.com or (517)351-0765.
We encourage you to review the payment link in the upper right hand corner and create your account in advance of receiving your lease.
Current Tenants:
The weather is getting colder. If you haven't already, now is a good time to remove any A/C units you may have installed.
If you removed a screen, be sure to re-install it to avoid being charged for a new one during your housing inspection and/or at the end of the lease when our screen & glass comes through.
