Our complete list of Available Housing has been posted, however, keep in mind current tenants have the opportunity to re-sign prior to the 1st day of leasing, therefore the list will change.  For your convenience, we will update the Available Housing list regularly throughout leasing season. 

Between now and the first day of leasing, there are some important things to consider.

First; it's good idea to have several options for the 1st day. When determining your options, be sure to discuss your budget with your potential group members.

Other factors to discuss include whether the properties are a May-May or August-August lease, rent collection method (our rent is collected in 3 installments on all houses & some apartments), and things like parking, included utilities, and proximity to school, downtown, parks, etc.

Lastly; use the time between now and the 1st day to view as many of potential options as possible.  The most efficient way to view them is to knock on the door at a reasonable time and ask the current tenants for a tour.  They are not required to provide a tour so please be respectful.
