Leasing started 9-29-23, therefore, all properties are now available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.
Please keep in mind, our current tenants had the first opportunity to re-sign. As properties get rented, they're removed from the list. We will update the list regularly in order to provide you with the most accurate list.
You may notice "APPT" in the rent column on certain properties; that means a lease has been sent out for that property. The prospective tenants will have 24 hours to complete the lease signing. Some leases do fall through so keep an eye on the list. If the price shows back up in the rent column, that means it's available.
Current Tenants:
Now that the cold weather is here, all window A/C units should be removed. If you removed a screen to install the unit, remember to re-install the screen in order to avoid being charged for a new one.
Also, during the upcoming holiday breaks, be sure to either take home, or secure, all valuables. You may also want to consider getting a bedroom lock. We can install a lock for you for $20 (you may not install your own lock). Contact us in advance of break to make arrangements.
Future Tenants:
Those of you that signed a lease for '2024-25; your initial deposit was paid at signing. However, the remaining balance of the refundable portion of your deposit as well as the non-refundable cleaning fee is due by 1-15-24. Please refer to your lease for the amount due. This payment can be made online the same way you made your initial payment.
