Parking for Rent
Hagan Realty, Inc. has parking spots near campus for rent. You do not have to be a Hagan Realty tenant to rent these spots.
*Currently we have 5 spots for the 2010-11 school year.
Spots are located in the alley behind 447 Charles off Elizabeth St. between Charles and M.A.C. (see map below)
You will be responsible for "policing" your spot with regards to ticketing and towing. In addition, Hagan Realty will not plow/shovel these spots. Once you have paid you will be issued a receipt to keep in your vehicle which will act as proof it is your spot. Spots will be numbered. Please park only in the spot you have paid for, there is a limited amount of space.
Please inform us if multiple cars will be sharing a spot.
