Appliance repairs may require parts to be ordered which can take several days.
Regardless of who you believe is responsible for the problem at your property please contact us immediately. Waiting to contact us may result in additional damage and cost.
If you feel your maintenance issue is an emergency, you can call our emergency line at 517-290-4284, however, submitting a maintenance request is the quickest way to report an issue.
