During Covid-19 Hagan Realty has remained open, however, our goal is to limit visits to our office. If you must come to the office, we ask you make an appointment.  As a reminder, a mask is required to enter our building.

Rent/deposit payments can be made with our Online Payment system. The e-check is the cheapest option. You may also send a check; include your property address on the memo line of the check.

While we are fully leased; new properties are added to the list occasionally, check back for updates.

Regarding the leasing process & available housing; our current tenants had the opportunity to re-sign prior to the 1st day of leasing.  During leasing season, as properties are rented, they're removed to provide the most up to date list.  


2022-23 Tenants:
Most of you have a payment due by 1-15-22 for the remainder of your deposit/cleaning fee.  
Please be advised, when paying online, you will be given the option to pay an additional fee to rush the payment.  You ​DO NOT need to rush the payment.  Normal processing, which typically takes ~3 days, is acceptable; you will not be charged a late fee if you are a day or two late on this payment.


​Cold Weather Reminders:
Now that the cold weather is here, there are a couple things we want remind current tenants.  First; you should remove all window A/C units and double check that all storm windows (if applicable) are in the down position.
Second and most important; we realize many of you leave for break and want to save money on utilities, but under no circumstances should the furnace be shut off.  If you do leave, be sure to lock your doors and keep your exterior lights on.  You may also want to consider taking certain valuables home with you.
