The Dean is located at 427 Grove; just steps from the heart of downtown and campus.
The building has a combination of 2 bedroom & 3 bedrooms units, as well as 1 studio.
In addition to a great location, The Dean has received many updates over the last year. Including; all new kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring throughout. During the recent renovation, we also installed a new roof, as well as, electrical and plumbing updates, water proofing, improved lighting, and more. While these updates are not "cosmetic" they will undoubtedly improve your stay with us.
